Meeting held on Friday the 13th of May
Meeting called to order by Jay
Fitzpatrick at Al Van’s home Time 7:25pm
Canyon Lake Ski Club’s largest turn
out for a meeting in quite awhile (due to Cherie’s e-mail I’m sure).

Shed report – Erin Nathan gave the
workers the funds for our shed today with a check from the POA funds.
Need to have all supplies in the shed-
so if anyone has any equipment please inform Diana
Olson.
Jay explained the meeting we had in
April with new & old Board Members regarding more club member involvement.

Clean up date- was
successful-Thanks to all that helped!
May Open T-Shirts were being sold
very successfully!
John & Kim Witlow had some
samples of the shirts we are able to order.

All Chiefs attended and had duties
done and were ready to go.
Practice for the Fiesta Day’s show
was set up for Sunday after the tournament.
(Do not think this really happened
everyone was tired)
Clinics:
Talked about any interest for our
clinics please sign the sheet at the tournament or let us know.
Scoring – Barbara Canfield
Drivers – Wayne Canfield
Judges – Linda Hockinbery
Safety – Al Van
Linda Hockinbery will be available
at most tournaments to get help with Judging.
Let Club know we will be trying for
Club of the Year again.
Talked about what we would benefit
by winning-Price of membership for one year- etc
Tony’s 40th will count
for this year.
Need to help Big Bear start a Club.

Fiesta Days
Ski Show practice- Adena would like
to have a practice ahead of time but we will as usual have practice at 8:00 am
the day of the show at the Slalom dock.
We also need Boats set up with
drivers and help.
John will be announcing.
